Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 27, 2026 Last Updated: April 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Elite Advisor Hub, LLC ("Elite Advisor Hub," "we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit or use the website located at https://www.eliteadvisorhub.com and any related subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Scope
Elite Advisor Hub provides a software-as-a-service platform for independent travel advisors and travel-advisor agencies (each, an "Advisor"). The Services are designed for business use by Advisors and their authorized personnel; the Services are not directed to consumers, and we do not sell consumer travel.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- On or through the Services;
- In email, text, and other electronic communications between you and us;
- When you interact with our advertising or marketing on third-party platforms; and
- When Advisors or prospective Advisors provide information to us in the course of registration, billing, support, or use of the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account and Identity Information. When you register for or are invited to the Services, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), professional credentials, profile photo (optional), business mailing address, and password (stored in hashed form).
Billing and Payment Information. We use Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you provide your payment card or banking information directly to Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing ZIP, customer ID, subscription status, invoice history, and tax identifiers.
Content You Provide. Information you upload to or create within the Services, including journal articles, destination guides, hotel content, biographical information, marketing copy, photos, client-facing site customizations, and any communications you send to us or through the Services.
Usage and Device Information. Information automatically collected when you interact with the Services, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Services. See Section 7 for details.
Communications. Records of correspondence when you contact us for support, sales, or other purposes, including the contents of those communications.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, biometric data, precise geolocation, health data, or financial account numbers beyond what Stripe collects on our behalf) and ask that you do not submit such information through the Services.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage Advisor accounts and authenticate users;
- Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, refunds, chargebacks, and tax obligations through Stripe;
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- Send transactional communications (service announcements, security alerts, billing notices, policy updates);
- Send marketing communications about features, content, and offerings (you may opt out at any time);
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Services and develop new features;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Carry out any other purpose disclosed at the time the information is collected or with your consent.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process information based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you (such as providing the Services you have subscribed to); compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services and our business; and your consent, where required.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as described below:
Service Providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription billing, tax calculation, and fraud prevention. Stripe's privacy notice is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our database, authentication, file storage, and content delivery.
- Email and communications providers for transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Analytics providers that help us understand aggregate Service usage.
These providers are contractually limited to using the information solely to provide services to us.
Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
Legal Compliance and Protection. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Elite Advisor Hub, our users, or others.
With Your Direction or Consent. We may share information with third parties when you direct us to or otherwise consent to the sharing.
Aggregated or De-identified Data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Billing records are retained for at least seven (7) years, or longer where required by tax or accounting law. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention policies and applicable law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly necessary — required to operate the Services, authenticate sessions, and prevent fraud. Functional — remember preferences and personalize the experience. Analytics — help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will impair core functionality of the Services. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no uniform industry standard exists, but we honor opt-out preferences as described in Section 9.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of payment data via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1), role-based access controls, password hashing, and monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a breach of personal information that affects you, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
9. Your Privacy Rights — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), provides you with the rights described below. These rights are subject to verification of your identity and applicable exceptions.

9.5 Notice of Financial Incentive
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adult travel advisors and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, including Advisor-managed pages and integrations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third party before providing them with your information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email to your account address or a banner on the Services).
